We’re currently staging a gorgeous property at the Shangri-La…
It’s one of the most beautiful Shangri-La Estates units on the 51st floor.
Yupppers…
Can you picture anything higher? And here I thought our last staging project on the 43rd floor of the Residences Penthouse was high.
Today, instead of obsessing over the panoramic view of the Vancouver sunset, the ‘top of the world’ ultimate dream view, I was obsessed over my new 8×10 beautiful area rug.
Staging 101: As a stager, one should never be attached to anything material that one owns. Because they are all potential staging props.
And if you ever find yourself in love with a staging prop, you should know that come one day, you must and will leave it behind at someone else’s house.
Trust me, it’s very difficult to cope when that does happen…
So, would I ever want to go through that again?
Staging 101: Lesson learned!
