Day #1:  Staging Project Garage in progress.

Did you know that we ought to take 30 minutes work break after 5 consecutive hours of work?

Of course you knew that! I did too once upon a time.

As much as I know that I’m entitled to my 30 mins rest period (outlined under the Labour Standard Acts of BC), but I still  feel guilty if I do.  Therefore, as my new year’s resolution, for the purpose of achieving balance, I’m making it a point to set my bb alarm for a proper break time.

Yes, I must train…

Today started my first “ legal break”, though it only lasted for 10 WHOLE  minutes.  I found myself resting for ~30 seconds straight (total time spent praying to the Design God),  the rest of the time I was puttering around chasing dust bunnies.  

Yup…Not as fun as it sounds .

OK, back to work.
